Welcome to Blue Diamond Reentry, a specialized adult residential housing program dedicated to serving individuals ages 18-59 with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that fosters independence, self-advocacy, and community integration.

Program Overview:

- 24/7 care and supervision

Eligibility:

Our program serves individuals ages 18-59 with:

- Developmental disabilities (Autism, Down syndrome, Intellectual Disability)

- Emotional or behavioral challenges

- Medical needs requiring specialized care

Goals:

- Enhance independence and self-advocacy

- Develop life skills and daily living abilities

- Foster social connections and community integration

- Support employment and vocational goals
